• Establish SMART Goals. 
• Need for Common Writing Assessment each quarter. 
• Four Year Writing Plan
• Integrating meaningful writing practices - walkthrough document - community tasks. 
• Bringing the HEAT next week. 

Reading - Robin will be involved. 

• Identifying before, during, and after teaching strategies that we can reinforce school-wide and create a common language.  
• Coming back to "Rigorous Reading." 
• READ, WRITE, LEAD.
